ETP is a cold rolled mild steel coil or sheet, coated on both sides with
tin by a continuous electrolytic operation, which when flow melted forms a tin iron layer in between the
steel base and the lustrous free tin layer.
In the production process of tin plate, after the soft melting of
tin plating, in order to prevent the tin layer oxidation yellowing
when the tin plate is stored or coated baking, and improve the
sulfur resistance and other properties of the tin plate,
passivation treatment should be carried out on the tin plate.
